4-H is a FUN experience for boys and girls in elementary through high school. It helps youth to develop their skills and talents to the fullest. 4-H'ers, youth actively participate in activities, events and projects that develop and strengthen life skills. 4-H is open to everyone.

The Science and Technology Program in 4-H is designed to achieve two goals:

Career Exploration: Showing youth the many possibilities in the science and technology field, from engineering, to scientific research.
Marketable Skills: Giving youth the skills they need to get better jobs sooner.
